What to expect at your first session

A Reiki session provides profound relaxation for the body, mind, and spirit.

At Divine Reiki, each treatment starts with a consultation to explore the client’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being, along with an explanation of how Reiki supports healing.

The practitioner then directs calming energy into the client, encouraging natural self-healing and a sense of overall balance.

After the session, the practitioner offers insights and personalised recommendations to support the client’s continued healing journey.
